Please note, all appointments must be held with a credit card. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all treatments and no shows will be charged for the full service. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment to check-in. Late arrivals will affect total treatment time. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any same-day changes or cancellations. Alcohol is not allowed in the spa.

JEWELRY & VALUABLES
If possible, please leave such items at home or in your guestroom safe. Jewelry will interfere with the proper service techniques, and you will be asked to remove it.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK
We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the spa treatment building for any reason. Alcohol is not allowed in the spa. These policies are strictly enforced.

CLOTHING
Though most clients do not wear clothing during treatments, clients may wear any clothing they desire to ensure their comfort. During treatments, all areas of the body are carefully draped except for the area being treated.

CELL PHONE POLICY
Please refrain from using your cell phones while in any of the treatment areas and shared spaces. We want to maintain the tranquility for all guests to enjoy.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Guests must be 16 years of age or older.

SERVICE CHARGE
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is automatically added to the service price and is shared amongst the team taking care of you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. We respectfully ask that you give the spa a minimum of 24 hours if you must cancel an appointment. The full cost of service(s) scheduled will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.
